“Craft & A Brew” Therapy in Oldham
Tuesdays, 10.00am – 11.30am
Crafts of all sorts can build your confidence and motivation; help you stay connected and keep the brain active. At the Craft & a Brew Therapy workshops in Oldham you will have the opportunity to learn a new skill, or revive a long forgotten one as well as:
- Take time for yourself
- Be able to express yourself
- Value your creativity
A craft workshop where participants have the opportunity to learn a new skill or revive a long forgotten one. This is part of an activity to increase confidence and motivation. The key aims of this are to support individuals to take time for themselves; be able to express themselves, and to value their creativity.
Craft supplies will be provided, along with a brew (and sometimes a biscuit!)
